West Virginia's Top Two Youth Volunteers Selected in 17th Annual National Awards Program
Emily Brown, 15, of Elkview and Katherine Deem, 13, of Leon today were named West Virginia's top two youth volunteers for 2012 by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, a nationwide program honoring young people for outstanding acts of volunteerism.
